Size Does Matter
Snowboard models are constructed in different lengths.   When a manufacturer introduces a new model to the market, it is typically made available in several different lengths.  The number of different lengths available for a particular model is usually a factor of who the model is targeted for (e.g. kids and women’s boards are shorter), what the board is used for (e.g. Big-mountain powder boards may be available in larger sizes), how popular the model is (a manufacturer’s best selling models are often available in a wider variety of sizes), as well as any special “marketing” characteristics about the board (e.g. “Pro” model boards may only come in one size, “Limited Edition” boards have limited sizes, etc.).  Your mission is to find the size that is just right for you...
